Delivery and Payment (Cash on Delivery)
1. Dispatch time: We process orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
2. Delivery time: Within the EU, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch.
3. Delivery cost: Delivery is free.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the courier on delivery (cash or card if available). Please have the exact amount when possible.

Returns and Refunds (EU Right of Withdrawal)
1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
2. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will send return instructions.
3. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documents.
4. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return shipment. For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.
